its a huge difference
Define huge, sure you'll look more defined but bonemass won't pop out of nowhere, you will gain visibility but it's not worth it if you don't have atleast a normal looking body

I dont know if ur a gymrat, but alot of them have this retarded mindset of "victim weight" and their standards are messed up cuz of body dismorphia

Aslong as ur body is not abnormal looking (too underweight or overweight) ur good
 
Only exercises that arent cope are bench press deadlift overhead press and squat everything else is not necessary..

Not a gymrat, but you need to have atleast a healthy looking body, 12% bodyfat is good if you have muscles

At the end of the day looks aren't all that and you need a healthy lifestyle as well, which is why taking tons of steroids is on the same scale of dumb as trying to get to single digit bodyfat when you barely have any muscles

Steroids are alot dumber

u dont need to have muscle to get very lean aslong as ur not abnormally skinny

Im saying if you have a good face, muscles boost your appeal. If you say the contrary then youve clearly never been in shape

If u are in good shape (lean) your face will look better which means your attractivness is higher

As i mentioned earlier you probably have a certain appeal for certain type of girls who like gymmaxxed men
 
Gym is cope if you arenโ€™t dieting (minimum 150 grams protein) and taking supplements like creatine gh etc
