I would think, like many comedians, they're intelligent and respect common sense. Going to Columbia is a sign of retardation. Going to Mexico is a sign of idiocy. Perhaps, a cruise ship town would be my top risk. And to be honest, nowadays, I wouldn't even do that!

South America, as well as Mexico, are out of control. The cartels run the show. It's like a giant Gotham, but with no perverted billionaire running around in tight black leather while mocking the origin of COVID-19 by looking like a bat.
