Doesn't make sense. Why would you assume it was an administrator because it was anonymous? It could be one of his friends, and the moderator who warned him didn't want him to know it was his friend who was warning him. The one time I did it since I was a mod in 2024 it was because I was warning a friend. Makes sense because it's such a low percentage warning (10%)
