Legit just happened to me just a few minutues ago. I dont know who it is but for the past 2 days some random person has been calling me at like 9pm or 2am and i mostly ignore the calls however when i pick up the guy doesnt say anything except just breathing heavily into the speaker.

He sends me a least several voicemails a day. I havent picked them up. Ngl, now im starting to look out my window each night to see if anyone is outside

Just block them tbh. They found a random number that works and they want to call it. If you are truly concerned, use the non-urgent police phone number and report the number and they will trace it
