Who to fix those black spots underneath eyes

I’m thinking about using tretinoin to treat the hyperpigmentation underneath the eyes ,but I’m not sure if that’s the right choice. I don’t know much about how to fix these dark spots, so if you have any advice, I’d really appreciate it. Otherwise, I’ll need to do a lot more research.

You can't actually fix it. You need hardmax or filler. Me too

Hardmax means surgeries like that. But filler goes away if you don't like it. And is cheap but people have mixed opinions. :( makes it hard to decide.
