At the start of the war Nazi Germany had around100 fully trained division and a new powerful military doctrine called Blitzkrieg. A division is about 15 000 soldiers so the math adds up to about 1 500 000 men. Also they had about 9 panzer divisions which totaled around 3000 tanks. Current Germany army has about 65 000 men and around 500 tanks. Nazi Germany at the start of WWII was easily one of the most powerful countries in the world unlike modern day germany. Nazi Germany also had much better trained, experienced soldiers who were patriotic unlike the soyboys in the modern german army.

Modern day germany would be finished in a day because they would piss themselves and give up against the might of a high T patriotic Nazi Army

Hence why I said probably. And there has been changes (whether good or bad) in military tactics and strategies since the end of World War 2, and Modern German military is closer to those than the Wehrmacht
