Not really. Theres a huge difference between dimo and high/low trust features. You can have high dimo and low trust features and viceversa. Good examples of this would be Rodrigo or Henry Cavill, both have Chad dimo yet they look quite approachable. But generally yeah dimo does most of the times can make you look less approachable. If you were talking about pretty boy archetype solely then yeah pretty much, no way you can have 6.5+ dimo w that archetype thus never reaching Chad
