If we are talking abt the big Russian cities then they are def a lot more tech developed than European or Israeli towns.
Obv the villages and the small unimportant towns are not so developed, but in Europe u have very slow internet everywhere and another shit.

Well, it mostly depends. I won't say that's the best city fr, a lot of arsim, dosim, degenerates that think it's funny to call u "russian" or "white asf" or smth similar. Like I just finished tichon (HS) so basically preparing for the army, tbf never really fitted in here and the weather here kills me, but outside of that I would say the place is pretty nice. Like I initially came from Yekaterinburg, also a nice place in RF, and I was in several countries in Europe, there are less degenerates there, and people with manners that act normally unlike the people here. But ig living here is pretty comfy compared to the -30C in Russia.
