Most of the migrants were called by the European leaders themselves jfl. The ones in the slums will turn to crime and be at most some small thieves. On the otherhand there are real criminal organisations infliltrating without them even noticing

Not true. There are criminal organizations whose members are from Africa or the Middle East.

Violent crime is serious crime.

Violent crime or robbery is a bigger risk to normal, ordinary citizen than some underpaid restaurant worker.
