Whole face is inflammed what do I do?

Like in fitzpatrick 3 and my whole face have been inflammed for a while now and I didn't know it was inflammed i thought it was tanned or something but now I realised it's fucking inflammed and fitzpatrick 3 skin produces more melanin when inflammed making me darker. I'm so dark that I look fitzpatrick 4. So how do I get rid of this inflammation and return to my original tone because ts looks ugly af
Btw I'm currently using triluma cream. No other actives. I have been using it from 18th August and will use till 10 November before taking break. And I'm also on 20mg of accutane
