yeah i know saturation is an issue with it now, but i think if you get good enough at finding off market sellers whether is ppl or propstream etc i think you can make a good bit of bread monthly with it, correct me if im wrong.
Yeah investorbase is good, I i know exactly where to look for everything just need to get started with sms and calling property owners.
what do you do rn?
