So today i was doing chest and arms, and while i was lifting a group of 5 teenagers of the age of 15-17 asked me about how I got my arms so big, and wanted me to give them tips.
Also asked me if I wanted to be professional bodybuilder and that my forearms and arms were huge, it was wholesome and nice also i told them to eat raw animal foods and to prioritize sleep.
