Whom can I trust to do private rate?

I would really appreciate to know whom can I trust to make rate of me and maybe give some advice.
I'm not an active user here anymore, but I heard most people nowadays just having fun or being kinda autistic here — don't mind it as long as it's some game and fun and mods don't I guess, but I'd really like to ask you to not write me then.
