However this means the % of these women can greatly rise or lower at all times and if the % is too high which means this number needs to constantly be addressed and becoming this kind of female has to be discouraged or we would be full of them.

Women are also born with no natural sense of "honor" or "codes" or " a ladies word" etc and are mostly emotionally based. Which means women have a lot harder times controlling them selves once as opposed to men. Theres no strong alter response thats not emotionally based to cancel out impulses. So women usually counter their emotional impulses.... with other emotional impulses. Which means theres little consistency if any.

Women also spend a lot less time of the day being sexually aroused so they are less used to restraining themselves sexually then men are. Being emotionally driven also means once it feels right there is little to prevent them from doing it. Women are also more likely to catch infections, and become pregnant by sleeping around as opposed to men.

In short women are much more damages mentally and physically having large amounts of sexually partners due to their emotional nature and phy bodies. Women who have large amounts of sexually partners are rarely able to muster up enough will power to suppress their tendencies as opposed to their male counter parts.
