Many traits associated with IQ are skills that you can train from my experience. Yes, there's a genetic cap / different learning curves, but just like with working out, most aren't close to their genetic limit.

Traits this applies to include memory and attention span.

Pharmacology can be useful to start forming good habits, but relying on them completely isn't a good idea. Ask your self: do you really live a life that requires you to constantly dope your cognitive abilities?

I have tried: Vyvanse, Ritalin, (ar)modafinil, noopept and some natural remedies so far.

Nootropics can make sense for intense learning episodes for exams that can shape your future.
But to scroll tiktok and going to middle school they're a waste of money most likely.

Tried it for a couple weeks, a good cycle is at least 4 weeks however. But from my own experience and other anecdotes it mostly works to help those with sizeable brain damage of some sort. It's not much of an upgrade, but more a recovery tool.

But also, it's something you cycle, so you don't do IM injections every few days for years, I mean, you can, but a. it's expensive, b. it's probably not good for you.

So, personally it did very little for me from what I can tell.
