Stuck on the same dilemma. I like how Ramieri kept the Nasolabial angle more masculine on this result

But Andreischev widens the mouth so beautifully from the front, I dont know if Ramieri can do that or not, Im trying to find out right now from 'TheLordMadness' if Ramieri improved his mouth a lot from the front, but he hasn't responded so far.

We have to ask both surgeons if they can control that and still give us the aesthetic benefits to our lips. Maybe its only possible to improve the lips from the front by making the nasolabial angle more tight.

My lips aren’t a concern but i absolutely have to make sure my nasolabial angle doesn’t increase, shown here is my side profile (that’s not a dandruff flake btw it’s wool)

I'm trying to increase my bigonial to bizygomatic width as it's a little bit more than 75%. I would like to reach 90%... Do you reckon that's possible with just a BSSO or would I have to go down the chin wing route?

there is a surgical technique IDK the name, but it can widen your bigonial width at the same time as a bimax is performed.

This is a before/after CT Scan showing the bigonial increased distance, without using chin wing or implants. That CT patient is from Andreischev, so IK he performs it. You would have to ask him what its called and any more details you need.
