gonna continue doing unilateral exercises for back. felt way more effective and i wish id started training like this waaaaaay earlier. unilateral seated cable rows seem especially effective
problem is that i seriously messed up my lower back a couple weeks ago and it better not cause issues today. but i cant be worrying about that. i gotta be chill, just be chill
