Who's running tazarotene alongside accutane?

Whats a good accutane dosage for this? Im currently using taz gel 0.5% every mon/wed/fri. thats basically my only active but ill be adding back in timeless vit c 10% in mornings soon

lowkey depends how fast your trynna get rid of it im on 30mg and its going away pretty slow if you want ts gone fast like 50 but ts is nuclear

I start my journey like ~7 months ago with 0.025% tret with clindamycine to prevent "purge phase" (2 months) -> 0.05% tret + slow add az acid 20% (2months) -> 0.5% taz (1 month) -> 0.1% taz (1 month) and add accutane 20mg ed (1 month now) -> estriol 0.1% + hydroquinone 4% (add this like 1 week ago).

Tret and taz help me a lot but I still had breakouts.... only accutane prevent it at all, now i have no active acne after 3 weeks on accutane (also i have no purge because of antihistamines -levocetirizin 5mg ed)

Ideal stack but i couldnt buy the estriol cream and taz. Ill replace with tret 0.05. Cpuld you elaborate on thw hydroquinone effects and the sides and results

For hydroquinone i use a very thin layer over my entire face before going to bed and i plan to use it for six weeks followed by a one month break

damn i was on 0.1% taz daily & 5mg accutane daily & my skin was super red & sensitive idk how ur running 20mg & taz

i also get some mild redness around my nose in the mornings (like rosacea mb). i just apply lrp cicaplast b5 to those areas, and the redness usually goes away within a hour
i always use a very small amount of taz. my main treatment is still accutane
