I can only tell you a surgeon who I would go with for implants as I haven't gotten them myself; it's Ramieri. I like his conservative design philosophy + he has zero functional botches.

Avoid giant for his incompetent work ethnic, over promises and designs that will leave you functionally impaired.

Is it common that because the implant is extending past the massater muscle, i’m assuming when you clench your jaw it’ll look uncanny
Or do they stretch the muscle over it? Do you know?

Yeah muscle dehiscence; I think there was a user that wrote more about it.

I can't answer that, implants are not something I've done extensive research on.

Yes you will get dehiscence yo some degree, so its good to add width so you dont rely on masseter muscle clenching to add width

I want it to be quite conservative with the implants though, I just want to look human. I don't want some artificially created halo - on average they just look like shit

Decently noticeable, no normie would point it out. But you will lose the ability to clench and create width with masseters at the lower part. I would only do implant if you have extremly shitty jaw and looking a little bit weird in some way is better then looking like absolute giga jawlet
