From what I can see, you can get a good transplant in Turkey from a few docs. IMO, they have two of the best FUE docs in the world with Dr. Rafael de Frietas and Dr. Juan Cuoto. De Frietas I believe is 3 Euros per graft and Cuoto is 4 Euros per graft.
If you watch the Youtube for these Doctors, I think you'll quickly realize that they belong in the group of most elite surgeons worldwide, and they're about 1/4 of the price of docs in the US doing similar work.
For example, check out this one. There's only a few people in the entire world capable of this type of finished product. Literally a perfectly natural hairline.
