Who's the oldest virgin here

4 years of you living independently, being young and physically mature. Could be named as prime. I think it can be normal to not be ready for a relationship at 18-21 especilly if you are a dude, but afterwards time begins ticking and the vast majority gets into a relationship before 25.

A lot of things can change in 4 whole years. If you gave it a try you could get into a relationship in 6-12 months. But if you keep masturbating alone in your room, not doing anything to improve your self and being a shut-in then it won't happen.
People live independently at 21? or 18? or 25?

Depends on where you at and your specific situation. 15-19 is the best age to move out imo. But if you stay till 25 because you are fine with that and take the chance to save up more money it's cool. Do as you wish. I personally wished I moved out at like 15. I would have maned up faster. I wouldn't pay for my own bills till 18 most likely though.

I don't understand how in some european countries the median ages for leaving the parental household are so high. I'm going to assume they don't consider moving out for university as living independently.
