its okay its good liver support so no yellowing of the eyes, which i got last summer from just isotret, despite running more pharma though with var i think i got that unhealthy look slightly so it wasnt enough. i think nac is good and would only do glut if you plan to pin vit c with it for the skin benefits. of course liver support is all internal so it couldve been amazing and saved my liver or some shit given all the crap ive ran in 2026 but i'll never know because no bloods.

i pinned IM/subq but ideally it should be taken IV for all the benefits u hear about tho minimum IM imo

I havent been on hgh very long as i recently switched from a domestic supplier to a chinese but I feel like my recovery is better and I am a bit stronger in the gym but that could be placebo right now on 3iu will titrate higher. Mt2 obvious tan but I started at a very high dosage got dark very fast, got flushing a mild apetite suprseeion i was taking 1mg a day at the start (retarded i know) but now take 350-400 daily and am pretty tanned but nothing like when I started. Reta went up to 3mg a week that was probably to far if I was to go on again would go to 2.5 a week. Lost 10kg in a couple of months not really changing anything didnt get the tingling or tiredness others got. Only really got nausea if I ate to quickly and threw up once cuase I wanted to eat before I went to the gym and tried to cram loads of beef down my throat. My shits were not very good on reta but nothing out of the ordinary

reta - appetite ofc can control eating more. i can already control but it helps prevent the hunger i feel from GH. seems to spike my histamine levels so i just take an antihistamine the night i pin it to avoid allergy type sides the next two days.
ghk - less deep acne scars/firmer skin
kpv - less redness in skin but only while on
epithalon - increases telomere length so counteracts the shortening from running test/roids somewhat, better sleep, especially if you use old beta blockers like propranolol which inhibit melatonin production.
hgh - good for recomping though its slow, but helps with less fat gain in a surplus and more muscle preservation during a deficit. ran high dose of secretagogues (cope btw because you are so limited by the feedback look and will end up frying your pituitary gland with aesthetically enhancing doses) last year and i felt that it helped with staying lean during my surplus but i also had lots of beginner gains so its hard to say, but i trust that GH does something for my physique. even if its cope, it helps me sleep even at only 3 IUs nightly
glutathione - basically what i said in my other comment, but the aesthetic effects from the antiinflammatory effect arent as good as they are on kpv. even for skin its only okay but maybe the result is better with IV compared to IM. liver support its good but NAC is cheaper and close to the efficacy of glut.

its all mildly effective shit tbh i mostly started for my skin i dont know how much each contributed to improving it, but all i know now is that my skin looks a lot better texture-wise. had extremely bad acne scarring 9 months ago and now most (80%) of my scars are gone and the rest are extremely shallow so im only left with a few spots here and there. i'd have even less if i wasn't too lazy to do my polynucleotide injections every 4 weeks, but the point is they help it just takes many many months for skin at least.

reta because i didnt titrate my dose. i broke out in hives all over my arms chest and even on my face (thought it was acne from the anavar since hives can be bumpy i think so i was freaking out like crazy). fortunately i recovered 3 days later after i started dosing an antihistamine, but i was so fucked up that week so its hard to say if it was even from the reta. literally crashed e2, crashed shbg from var, fucking 103 F fever, dehydrated as fuck from abusing hctz, dry yellowish eyes (only time this happened on glut since i was taking more var than i could handle) from trying 20 mg isotret daily instead of 15 mg and 2 mg dut instead of 1.25 mg. though no one else seems to get crazy allergy symptoms so its probably a mix (ive also used it before "natty" and didnt get any of that). ive recovered fully fortunately though its a lesson for me

also GH i got really hungry compared to secretagogues. also carpel tunnel (and mild bloat) but when i got back on epl and started nebivolol i didnt get it at all.
