yeah would drink cows over goats anytime
cows weigh 5x more than goats and all they eat is raw milk as youngcels and then grass jfl

cow milk also has alot of micronutrients, good protein source
would deffo drink 2L milk which comes out to about 70g protein than have some proteinpowder slave sludge
