It’s because they had the building blocks to grow well defined faces but they were fed very bad portions of food and didn’t really have the best nutrient dense foods

Another reason could be that the breastfeeding stages didn’t last very long, my mom literally breastfed me for 3 weeks then put me on formula, yikes..
