Is it just another symptom that comes with my psychopathy?

My lying ruined my angelic relationship. I used to live with my angel and water our garden and be a traditional good boy. Then my lying ruined it and now our relationship is reduced to me just driving to her and fucking her in my car once a week and rotting in my car smelling like shit.
