Why am I always fucking hungry?

I’m eating well. Beef, eggs, butter, potatoes, etc but my fucking hunger isn’t going away.

I can slam 3.5k calories so unbelievably easily of healthy nutritious food like this.

WTF going on?

I can’t see why anyone would want to be slamming down 3.5k? Just gain fat theory.

At least I go gym to if nothing happens in terms of growth spurt I’ll just have more muscle after i cut which is fine.

Yup I'm underweight and I need to get to healthy weight asap

weight means fuck all. Although i’m up 10kg jfl from this hunger increase. I think a good amount of muscle tho.

My advice if you just want calories to is just add hidden calories to everything. Like cook eggs in more butter, add cheese, use high fat beef instead of lean, chicken thighs instead of breastx

I never counted calories tbh but I might do that

as someone who was skinny ages ago. we don’t eat nearly as much as we think. but now for some reason I eat the whole kitchen like nothing

Well the gym increases your appetite to because you’re destroying your body depleting nutrients via stress.

i haven’t been to the gym tofay and i’ve slammed 1.5k cals easily in like 1hr or being awake after stuffing my face yesterday night.
