For example today, I woke up a 06:50 saw that my first lesson was canceled went to sleep till 08:20 got ready for school. Was in school till 13:20 was home at like 14:00 ate got sleepy at like 16:00 maybe a lil later went to sleep slept till like 19:00 now I’m at the gym. And I’ll probably go to sleep at like 01:00 and I’ve had the same routine for the past week.
I have two guesses why that could be 1. Lack of natural vitamin D since I live in Danmark 2. I don’t eat till I come home from school.
What are your thoughts?
