chicken breast is literal cardboard shit tier protein source, might as well just drink whey powder
it has no fat and no micronutrients, literally just low quality animal protein and water and its MORE EXPENSIVE than the fattier cuts of chicken
If you want to have consistent energy throughout the day while cutting/doinf IF i would recommend going keto for like 6-12weeks so you get fully fat adapted and develop some mitochondrial fortitude/efficiency and insulin sensitivity
then you can go back to eating some carbs (homosexual) if you want

yeah i need more sleep, I barely eat carbs thoughwhen i was in high school I'd deadass pass out during lunch. I think it wws because I ate a lot of carbs and my blood insulin spiked and caused a sugar drop. Also I slept like shit at night so my body compensated by inducing deep sleep after school.
i don't consume refined sugar anymore and it doesn't happen to me, but on the occasions I do it doesnt happen either so idk, maybe it takes chronic consumption to fuck you up.
make yourself some snake juice and take it with you during the day, should be easy to take a 1-2liter water bottle with youyeah def dont get electrolytes
