About 3 weeks left till comp, I weigh in at 57.5kg, I need to reach 56kg. I trained twice yesterday and only had one meal. After battling with hunger pangs I managed to fall asleep in the end. Now my abs are in a lot of pain, I feel like throwing up and not eating at all. Wtf is actually going on?

Y and cortisol is up so is adrenaline. You’re most probably in ketosis now

I ate a plate of rice yesterday tho, so surely not in keto?
I woke up earlier than normal too, I still do feel a bit sick too. I think the cortisol and adrenaline thing is legit though, did this happen to you bhai?

Ketosis has nothing to do with carbs. High enough deficit in the short term will put you in ketosis. Yea I have gone on five day fasts

I did it when I was an idiot teen. Now I stick to a cal deficit way better

1.5 kg is doable bro . Have 700 cal deficit everyday and cut water weight just before the weigh in

Good for staving off muscle loss but better to workout once a week to retain muscle than compromise on carbs and fats by eating too much protein

I'm not sure, maybe like 1g per kg jf - but I will be upping the intake today.

Training twice a day and eating one meal which isn't even counted

You need to count every single day otherwise you're gonna a have to crash diet in final week
There's no need to cut water and shit to lose 1.5kg while you train twice a day.

The diet doesn't sound organised mainly
