There's this girl at my work that I think she has a crush on me. We had a full 3 hour convo first time meeting her last year but I didn't ask for her number and I was new to the workplace. I remember she was giving me those eyes and she was a little flirty. Anyway from then on I would barely get shifts so idk if she remembers we had that convo. Although we always say bye to each other whenever we clock out.

I saw her today and kept my head down bc I didn't want to speak to her which I doubt she would anyway. And she started talking to me how I wore the wrong clothes to work instead of the uniform and tried to make small talk. I pretended to laugh it off and I walked away, but I look back and she seemed disappointed that I didn't stay to talk.

I tried to avoid her the whole shift just because I am not low inhib enough to actually have a convo. She is decent looking and I'll do it but I am just so awkward sometimes that I just avoid talking to anyone. I actually hate anxiety
