Why am I more autistic some days? What is causing this?

I have noticed that some days I am much more socially apt, conversational, and socially aware. And on some days I feel extremely autistic, neurotic, awkward, low energy, etc.

What causes this fluctiation? I notice I become more autistic in my behavior whenever I don't sleep very well the night prior. Is it just energy levels letting me mask better? I genuinely struggle with inhib and keeping my thoughts in my head some days, and on other days I can come off as NT and don't exhibit any weird behavior.

Can anyone else chime in with their experiences?
