Why am I not growing even though my growth plates are unlocked

My growth plates are open but my height has barely increased since December.

I got them checked a few weeks ago btw.

HGH / IGF + Open growth plates = growth. It's not that complicated. If you have open growth plates but aren't growing you're not secreting enough HGH.

you grow in spurts, wait for the spurt, or maybe your genetics have decided to focus on growing other areas instead of your height

eat like 200g of animal protein a day. semen retention. sleep 8-12 hours.
