Why am I not growing facial hair?

I grow a shit stuble goatie but my father had a full beard and he grew early. I dont know about my moms genetics but I assume due to were im from im still growing facial hair. Plus im 18.

It could be low test/dihydrotest or you could just have poor genetics from your mother
