This is a mistake many people make.

Your societal age vs your biological age.

Your growth plates don't close the moment you are eld enough to drink and drive.

Yeah I didn't grow from 17 to 18 but then I grew in the last few months, it's legit

People grow at different rates, not everyone is a constant grower. If you're growth plates are open you don't need to worry some people dont grow for a few months hell sometimes even a year and after that they grow.

No I mean take extra to grow. A surplus of HGH in your body will potentially make you grow more. Look into injecting it if you want to be taller.

I stopped growing also at 17.
While my older brother, kept growing untill 21 orso.

I have no knowledge about what helps for growing. But lifestyle, food, and other stuff likely has afctor in it. So read up on it, and do all the things to maxx out the "nurture" parts of it.
Because : IT'S NOW OR NEVER
