right thought man. I'm doing these things as you describe before too.
i just trying to walk off or some activity where I can put off negative minds and live life.
like sports (not especially gym, you can try everything you interested, but where you play with real humans also intestering, like bassketbal etc.)
or you can try to maximize something and give up urself to something bro, you just shouldn't have time for minding some bad things.

human don't need being in relationships or whatever to be happy. yes it important being in society, i don't decline that is (maybe) loneliness. but for me best solution is to try is just start do something interesting and trying to understand that is no human near you for your whole life. trying make friends is important, but if you didn't get results is okay.
