Why am I only bloated now

Follow very strict diet these days
I’m very low bf% don’t eat sugar haven’t in months also eat very low carb
All of a sudden in the past like week I’ve gotten bad bloat for the first time in like a year why is this.
I actually had less bloat with a shit diet and no exercise etc
Any reason as to why I suddenly lost my hollows. Used to be really prominent I’ve made no change in the last week and they’ve suddenly gone
 
your body is overproducing salt because your not giving your body salt

just go raw primal and you'll never be bloated again

I had done that for about 2 months and looked best I ever did facially but lost weight rapidly by complete accident. 100% agree tho
 
your body is overproducing salt because your not giving your body salt
Possibly been having way too much potassium could be something to do with that. I occasionally supplement it if I have a lot of sodium so that could be a mistake
 
Limit carbohydrate intake,I’d say if you’re not gymcelling 100 grams of carbohydrates are good.

Limit carbohydrate intake,I’d say if you’re not gymcelling 100 grams of carbohydrates are good.
I do go to the gym but even at that my carbs are low if higher intensity I up it but most days my carbs are consistently under 100g’s.

Potentially that too but I thought my body would be used to it as I’ve done more extreme stuff for photoshoots or if I’m going out etc weird for it to be so sudden
