Why am I scared to take the trash out???

For info iam working at a fast-food restaurant for some months now and im the one flipping the burgers but since my boss is a greedy mofo now we are open 24/7 and late at night im scared to take the trash out because I think some mf with a spatula is going to attack me, is this a rational fear or should I go see a therapist ???
