why am i so angry

for the past couple days ive been getting so annoyed by the slightest things
like if someone speaks for too long or doesnt say please
yesterday i was walking to a trash can to put a tissue in and a lady was sitting close to there and flinched when i raised my arm to put the tissue in, i thought she was racist. this annoyed me so much that i walked towards her and he son and pump faked them, they were frightened and flinched
ive never been like this bf and yes i feel corny posting this thread
