Is this what chronic caffine consumption does to you?

I’m legit just sat down nothing going on and I feel on edge and anxious all the time.


This is poor sleep + caffeine I think tbf

It’s sleep deprivation js get quality sleep for a day and ur good

I’ve had hella shit sleep for a week straight now cus of a new job and tryna adjust to a new schedule it’s prob that

Feeling like this is shit
 
It could be because of a multitude of reasons. I’d recommend fixing sleep definitely, then pay attention to your breathing patterns, maybe you’re unconsciously hyperventilating. Also limit caffeine if your consumption is excessive and focus on protein, fats and complex carbs in your diet, because excessive sugar intake could also play a factor. Honestly, aside from physiological shit, you could also start a mindfulness practice if that stuff suits you, for me it does help a lot to meditate and limit social media. (especially the social media part, that shit induces serious anxiety)
 
you might have to stop caffeine. I tried to hold on to it for a while but had to quit it 2 years ago because of similar symptoms

Generalized anxiety disorder if it happens often

Or its just caffeine.

I used to never drink coffee energy drinks etc then the last couple months I’ve consumed it regularly daily then with awful sleep quality and tiredness I’m always on edge and like this sinking feeling in my heart

I read somewhere that maybe your diet could be the problem, not sure tho

Ok idk how to fix my sleep tbh I think I might have chronic fatigue just due to shit sleep schedule all the time

I know that feeling exactly, feels horrible. best bet is to stop caffeine completely
 
There must be something that stresses you or makes you feel unwell, like worrying about the future, financial problems, familiar problems etc, that’s where anxiety usually comes from
