i drink 6 l a day sometimes 7 always fking thirsty why?

your not actually hydrated you dont have electrolytes. the more you drink the more the body flushes out water then you want more water as you cant retain it due to a lack of sodium, potassium etc

It could be a simple water drinking habit rather than a disease. I was drinking 5 liters and I fixed it by drinking almost death level water for 1 week.

i quit soda 2 months ago i used to drink 2 liters of that shit and it made me hydrated asf

By the way, drinking too much water definitely causes fatigue, it may be due to falling mineral levels.
