why am i so impatient and fustrated when shit doesnt work the first time?

im playing red dead and like when shit doesnt go my way it gets fucking annoying. Lego games too back in the day for example, or any problem solving sort of game, I despise that shit and get fustrated when shit doesnt work out.

Niggas who enjoy puzzle games or where u have to figure shit out are sick. I have almost always played free roam games and play games that im good at - i despise trying new shit and its really my flaw. Even in my driving tests I would ,it would get fustrating as fuck - and then I just dont wanna do it again. For that reason I never try new shit. Jfl would go for like a couple weeks college, didnt make friends instantly would just wanna get the fuck out of there instantly and quit.

Im very impatient and if shit doesnt go my way within the first few tries I give up. How do i fix this personality flaw? Will no fap help with shit like this?

yea it fucking sucks cuz when i get positive feedback loops i am insanely smart. Like even back in the day I would shit on everyone in maths, and would literally be invited for maths tourdanments and be took out for trips cuz how smart i was.

In primary school I was sorrounded by yesmen and teachers hyping me up, so i would always succeed and have a positive outlook, no wonder i could play puzzle games and lego games for hours , and now im just fustrated really easily.

I wonder what drugs help cure this or if I could get a yesmen friend group again to get back into the flow state
