I'm 163cm at 19 with half nordic genes from my moms side, whos like 155cm, but other than that that side of the family is like all 180+. I'm shorter than both my sisters by a couple cm. My dad is about 173 and apparently his father was pretty tall. And while yeah, I'm short, that's not the unusual part to me. The unusual part is that I have size 38 feet (EU) - small, even for a woman. Smaller than both my sisters. I have 6 inch wrists, small, even for a woman, as well as small hands. I don't think my feet and hands grew much at all since I started puberty. My testosterone levels have been tested as really low at 317ng/dl. Other than that, my doc said that nothing else was unusual. It's just hard to believe really. I was a little bit of a late bloomer. My voice only got deeper at around 15.5, which made me the last in my class. I'm starting to get little hairs on my face that is obviously the start of beard growth and I have had armpit hair since about 16, so I think late bloomer cope is out of the question. afaik big hands and big feet are an indicator of growth to come, which is the opposite of what I have.

I'm a pretty positive person, and while I can't pretend it doesn't bother me sometimes, it's not stopped me from a healthy social life and getting girlfriends. (It's definitely harder and I have been rejected for my height before, but I know plenty women have found me attractive).
My question is whats the way forward? I don't really need bonemass in my face or anything. Should I get my growth plates checked and maybe go HGH? Or could I get TRT legally and if not should I still go for it? What's the move? Even if my plates are closed I still think my overall bone mass is low and could be helped a lot by HGH/Test.

Pseudoscience. It's indicative of nothing other than you having larger extremities.

Sorry about your situation. I am in a similar position, but not as bad. My parents are 5’8 and 6’4. I am around 5’10 and pretty much done growing at nearly 18. My sister is around 5’5 at 15. I will say there is hope to grow if you blast the absolute fuck out of some hgh. Maybe 10+ IUs per day. I am fairly well researched on pharmaceuticals. There are many people who have grown a lot even at late ages. E.g there was one guy who was a dwarf until around 25 then he got a tumor on his pituitary gland (I think that’s the right name of the gland that produces hgh). This caused him to produce excess hgh and he stopped growing at around 45 years old at well over 7’ tall. So in theory if you use enough hgh you can contribute a bit to height later in life. You should definitely use hgh. I know I will soon, I’m just waiting for test results from my plug before I order

Also I think we are probably both just examples of genetic recombination. We’re both your parents from the same racial background. Even if they’re both white if you mix Jews + Scandinavians genetic recombination would be brutal

My dad is african from a poor country, possibly even malnourished during growth, and my mother is of danish descent. Didn't know genetic recombination was a factor that's interesting

Lowk try to eat natural foods since you still got like 2 more years till you stop growing and if your natural test does increase form eating naturally you might at least be able to touch 5,11 or even 6ft

I heard once u get off test the bonemass will decrease again and potentially worsen
once u get on it in for long time you can't get off of it, you cant produce enough test anymore
so yes the bonemass will decrease
