why am i so overly paranoid over explosions

one time my shower simply raised the noise and i automatically assumed it was gonna explode

the airfrier just now, took a little longer to turn off when i set it on off i assumed it was gonna explode

and theres many other examples, idk what my thing with explosion is

unironically though, fireworks trigger me too
