I’m dirty and fat I feel my double chin I’m greasy from my previous meal I don’t feel any pleasure and my skin is failing in every accept support is lacking alongside my nasal folds it’s depressing how my appearance is melting whilst my brain doesn’t want to operate to even shower right now seems like a whole mission of dread
