Why am I so ugly in pictures or video took with phones?

i just took my smartphone and put it somewhere and recorded myself from 2-8 meters away

i acted like there is no camera/nothing recording me. just doing facial expressions and movements like when i am in public place

then i went to see the video and i was beyond disgusted and horrified. my entire life has been ruined. there is no hope. i am literally psl 0/10. even blackops2cel brutally mogs me. i wanted to murder someone the moment i saw that shit. i became so fucking angry

i am indeed severely deformed. how to fucking cope?!

if its the first time you saw yourself in a video, its normal. you are used to seeing urself in a mirrored image. over time if u keep doing it u will feel normal

also it rly depends on the lightning of the room

and also depends on which phone you use. i looked waaaay better on my old shitty samsung phone (better colors) than my new iphone that creates weird colors
