I’m 6’2 and 19 I need advice on how to look better I have no confidence and I’m pretty certain that the girls who have dated me have only done so out of pity. I really need help I feel like I’ve given up on taking care of myself because I hate looking in the mirror

Is there anything such as surgery that can fix these things or do my genetics just suck and it’s over

theres some things u could improve by softmaxxing most require surgery and most of these are fixable by surgery but its gonna be really expensive
