Why am I so ugly

I'm so ugly idk what to do anymore, I feel like everyone when I look at my camera I feel disgust I can never take a photo without a filter or a morph. I'm always laughed at and my acne is so horrible i give up on it. Im on everything you can think of for it. I've done accutane so much ghk, tret 50+ other skincares that have never worked spent thousands at the dermatolagist. I give up idk what to do, i'll do anything to look better ive always hate my side profile my nose feels way to big for my face and i think im reccesed idk really i'll post photos later when i change my name. I will post my filter photos and ones where Im offguard, or just fresh out of bed. I've been bonesmashing for 3 weeks now, but I have to just miss days because I get acne where I bonesmash even when I put a cloth on the hammer. Help me.
