Why am I so weak willed?

I will literally vow to myself that I’m never gonna goon again, or that I’m done with carbs, and then i goon and eat a bag of chips.

I’ll clean my room then its dirty again in a week.

I recently heard about the 5-0 rule
Where when you don’t wanna do something you count down from 5 and once you get to zero, you get up and do it no matter what.

I have already eaten so much goyslop today and gooned, so starting tomorrow, I will stop gooning.

No more goyslop.
I will study.
