procrastination and mental masturbation used to be an issue for me too, but nowadays i just get things done without taking myself too seriously.

if its a responsibility or an obligation i get myself going before my mind break down every action, every step, every second, towards that task.

Yea same. For that reason my connections w people and my family get worse and worse but ill try my best to live a quiet and succesfull life from now on.
