I am definitely above average in my country, and have received many compliments while studying in America.

I would say simple but effective skin care, diet does not matter much as good sleep.

Another good tip would be to only use moisturizer in the morning, not while sleeping, to avoid surprise breakouts.

Almost 30 and i live in Manchester so ofcourse i used to go watch United live in the stadium back then during the prime era.
